Yoga

Just arrived on 12 and 30 am from office work traveling and get up early morning on 5 o clock and reached at yoga centra for yoga day yes we say that now we celebrate yoga day. Since 1947 we freedom but not celibrate or not seento yoga. Why ? What is reason . Why we have not follow our ancient culture and our body is fit from that. But we have not follow . Why ? What is reason.? We have going to western .  Because sun rises from east to west so we r going west.
But recently publish some news that western country uses yoga for reducing stress and peace. Now day we also follow yoga thnk to one man because he is used to

Really for special day

There is one thing in my mind . But when it is open and when i think about this thing , the superman is working on that space that's feeling is feel to me. But really in everybody feel about evening, feel about morning but that some time feel about that. Yes you are every day feel but one special feel will be not every day ,only some time when u r on special.
